I thought I’d upload some photos of what I’ve been getting up to the past week, all through the eyes of my iPhone.

Went to check out the building of the Red Bull Empire of Dirt course, it’s seriously looking bananas.

After being on the course I met up with these reprobates for a drink, dude on the right is Scott who’s fast becoming a really good barista, and making some moves in the coffee scene. If you’ve been following QNTN for a while you’ll know that everyone here is really into coffee.

Also big in Leeds is the dudes behind Open Lifestyle store, which opened recently in the prestigious ‘Thornton’s Arcade’ in Leeds. I went down to check it out and shoot the shit with the guys and see what’s up. If you’re in the area, check it out, dope store with a great build out and great brand selection.

While in Leeds at the weekend I met up with Josh from Indcsn, who’d just launched the brands newest collection to much applause and positive feedback. I’m looking forward to working on some projects in the future with these guys! Check them out, Leeds finest.

Decibel just put up a new tune to download, a Jersey banger called ‘Breath’.

I’ve known Decibel for time now, we lived together and shared some mental experiences, DJing together all over the UK and in Ibiza. I can honestly say that you should be keeping an eye on his productions and the stuff that he’s got coming out this year. Dude is going big. Grab Breath and remember where you heard him first. Last Japan went on Get Darker TV last week with his cohort Marco Del Horno to spin some tunes. You can check it out by clicking here, but I’d recommend skipping to 2:55:00 to get the start of his set unless you want to but submitted to some fairly awful dubstep. Unless you like that sort of thing of course.

Talking of Last Japan, his next EP ‘Ambush / Tactics’ drops on Monday through Lo Note UK and will available online and on 12″. Trust me, it’s an awesome release.

Our friends in the UK, Bristol-based store Street Casuals, presented their SS12 look book online this week, showcasing the brands they stock. We’re proud to be stocked there and stoked that they featured the ‘Outdoorsman’ and the ‘Braves’ hats in the shoot.

Leeds’ most promising young rider, Dan Barber, made the cover of Ride BMX this month sporting a blue collegiate. Dan killed it on the trip to Seville  and that ledge to gap is no joke.

First time I met Dan it was about 3 years ago in Newcastle and I gave him a lift in my van, I made him sit in the back with no light and he later yelled abuse at me. Nice lad!
